My Photography

I don’t promote materialism; never forget that the purpose of acquiring outdoor gear is to get you outside; to connect with the awe inspiring wonder of our planet. I promote American made outdoor gear not only to encourage a healthy connection with the great outdoors but also to spread awareness for the incredible gear made in the USA and because buying locally is the ethical and sustainable choice. The motto “Think globally, act locally” comes to mind. Perhaps my photography can help inspire people to get out, care about, and care for our remaining natural treasures. Unlike many websites, all of the header, landscape, & non-studio product photos are from my own personal adventures… i.e. not bought! Fortunate to live, work, and play in the Rocky Mountains, I’m constantly surrounded by photo opportunities. I also love to travel on a shoestring budget, bumming around and getting to know the locals. My photography attempts to capture that which inspires and drives me.
